在8千至1万字左右。教育叙事，就是总结任职以来的工作情况，它包括政治思想，教学理念，教学能力，教研教改，科研成果等方面工作，重在写实，一般是叙事+荣誉的格式来表达，能充分展示自己工作特色和工作成绩，让叙事生动形象，有感染力，成果令人叹服。
